Privacy policy

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, business email, company, website, what you would like help with, an approximate revenue band, the stage of the business, your preferred timing and your message.

We also record basic, non-personal information about how you reached the site, such as the first page you landed on and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a conversation and, where a working relationship follows, to manage that engagement.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.

We use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics events never include the personal details you type into the enquiry form.

Enquiries are retained while there is a legitimate business reason to keep them, and are deleted on request.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@andvisory.com and we will deal with it promptly.
