International Operations
Holding commercial control across international markets
Multi-market delivery given a single operating model and one line of commercial accountability, from budget to completion.
Change
Restructuring, new operating models, leadership transition and post-acquisition integration, planned and led from inside the business.
Business transformation is a deliberate change to how a company is structured, run or funded so that it can perform differently: a new operating model, a restructured organisation, a different commercial model or a change of leadership. It is distinct from continuous improvement because the end state is materially different from the starting point.
The failure point is almost never the plan. It is capacity, sequencing and the absence of anyone accountable for the change while the business keeps trading.
Where a business needs a decision-maker rather than advice, we take the role: interim chief executive, commercial or operational leadership through transition, recruitment or a gap in the management team.
Because they are added to the existing workload of people already at capacity, sequenced badly, or communicated as an announcement rather than a plan. Change holds when someone owns it daily and the leadership team is visibly behind it.
Structural change in a small or mid-sized business typically takes two to four quarters to embed. Individual commercial fixes are much faster; the culture and habits around them are not.
